Neus Barcons Roca

Neus Barcons Roca graduated in contemporary dance at the EESA/CPD of the Barcelona Theatre Institute in 2007. In 20212 she graduated in her second contemporary dance training at SEAD (Salzburg) and participated in the BHODI PROJECT. She participated in the Research Program of Ulitma Vèz, Vim Vandenkeybus, and danced for Jelka Milic, Nigel Charnok and Ivan Schauvliege, a. o.
She choreographs collaborative works and teaches with Matevz Dobaj in Brussels, Barcelona and Slovenia.
Most recently she danced with Mouvoir, Stephanie Thiersch, in "Bilderschlachten" and "Archipelago".
 

Jacob Gómez Ruiz

was trained at the Conservatorio Profesional de Danza, Institut del Teatre, Barcelona. He was an ensemble member with: Luna Negra Dance Theatre Chicago, IT Dansa Jove Companyia de l'Institut del Teatre, Emanuele Soavi incompany, Stadttheater Pforzheim - Guido Markowitz, Stadttheater Bielefeld - Simone Sandroni, Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company and has been producing his own works in Barcelona since 2020. Awards: 2019 Audience Award in Premis de Dansa de l'Institut del Teatre and Premi Butaca 2020 best male dancer, in Barcelona.

                                                         


 

Maria Mercedes Flores Mujica

holds a BA in Contemporary Dance from ZZT - Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln and a MA in Languages / Translation from Universidad de Los Andes in Venezuela. Immersed in the exploration of peculiar forms of communication, her work builds new ways of interaction between people, time and space. Since 2007 she has worked with artists such as Willi Dörner, Constanza Ruiz, MD Kollektiv, Marina Abramović, Özlem Alkis, Alexandra Waierstall, Sophia Seiss, Michéle Murray, Coreoarte. 2020/21 Member of Thierry Smits' Compagnie Thor, Brussels.
 

Clara Thierry

Conservatoire a rayonnement regional Boulogne Billancourt France, graduated from École Atelier Rudra Bejart Lausanne - Switzerland Dancer of the Bejart Ballet Lausanne. Afterwards she danced at the Stadttheater Giessen with Tarek Assam and for the choreographers James Wilton / Paolo Fossa /Jacek Przybylowicz / Massimo Gerardi / Dominique Dumais / Daniela Bendini and Mortiz Ostruschnjak and for Henrietta Horn.

                                                         


 

Dario Wilmington

He won Numerous championships in tap dance, including Southern German and German Champion 2013.
He graduated in dance with a Bachelor's degree 2018 at the Palucca University of Dance in Dresden. International touring unter a.o. in: Budapest, Seoul (South Korea), Leeds (England), Hiddensee/Sylt, Dresden Semperoper. 2019- 2021 working as a solo dancer at Theater Pforzheim, since then freelancing.

                                                         


 

Petra Van Gompel

studied dance at Codarts, Rotterdam, and graduated at P.A.R.T.S. in 2010. She cofounded MARRAFA vzw and StairCase.studio, both based in Brussels. Petra was involved as a dancer in the creations of choreographers Maaike Van De Westeringh, Tânia Carvalho and Luis Marrafa and has been touring with performances across international venues. She frequently gives dance workshops, and movement expression classes. Currently she engages in developing her own dance projects.

 

Sophia Ndaba

Born in Australia and graduate of the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts, (WAAPA) 2010. She joined Shaun Parker and Company in 2013, touring festivals nationally and internationally with productions: Happy as Larry, TROLLEYS and AM I . Her credits also include SUPERMODERN – Dance of Distraction (Anton), Un Ballo In Maschera (La Fura Dels Baus & Opera Australia), Big Dance in Small Chunks (Dance Makers Collective), Culminate (Force Majeure), MERGE (Melanie Lane) and Tangi Wai (Victoria Hunt). Currently she lives in Berlin.
 

Neus Barcons Roca

graduated in 2007 at EESA/CPD de l'Institut del Teatre: (Barcelona) in contemporary dance. In 2012 she also graduated at SEAD (Salzburg) and was part of the BODHI PROJECT. She participated in the Research Program with Ultima Vez, Wim Vandekeybus, and danced a.o. for Jelka Milic, Nigel Charnock and Ivan Schauvliege. Collaborating with Matevz Dobaj she created the duo „In the absence of/ Almost there“. She teaches trains and performs in Brussels, Barcelona and Slovenia.

 

Evi Terzi

graduated in dance at the Kafadari professional School Academy of Dance and in history and archeology at the University of Ioannina. In Athens she worked as dancer and choreographer a.o. for the dance companies YELP, Intravenus, NUN, Dora Statou and Dance Promotion Company. Her interactive performance “Red of Dot”, a collaboration with digital artist Afroditi Psarra, was presented at the art platform ReMap and in the art show “CAMMP/ Zootrope”. Since 2013 Evi Terzi lives and works in Berlin.
 

Stefanie Schwimmbeck

graduated 2012 at the „ Hochschule für Musik und Tanz“ at the „Zentrum für Zeitgenössischen Tanz, Köln“ in contemporary dance. She was a trainee at Helena Waldmanns production „GlückStück“ which was subject of her bachelor thesis.
After that she danced a.o. for Karel Vanek, Willi Dorner, Sebastian Eilers/SETanztheater Nürnberg, Karl Wokalek and Sören Siebel.
Her own solo performances, „Nr. 8“ and „Plasikopia“ were presented at festivals in Düsseldorf, Köln and Berlin.

Kanako Minami

completed her Bachelor of Movement Science in Dance Major at the JWCPE – Japan Women's College of Physical Education.
After that she studied at the CNDC – Centre National de Danse Contemporaine and 2 years at SEAD – Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance.
She danced a.o. for Yuta Hamaguchi Production “Pray of Audubon”, Ten Pen CHii Artlabor “Chaos zur Zukunft” Berlin, Willi Dorner “Bodies in urban spaces” Bochum, Dorothea Eitel “Auf dass wir werden was wir sind“.
 
 

Anaïs Van Eycken

received her contemporary dance education from 2006- 2010 at the reknown institute P.A.R.T.S. in Brussels.
After that she danced in several pieces of the Company Irene K, showed own performances and toured with a collaborative project of P.A.R.T.S. graduates through important centers of dance in Europe (a.o. PACT Zollverein, Künstlerhaus Mousonturm, Tanzquartier Wien).
 
 
 
 
 

David Hernandez | Coaching choreography

dancer, choreographer, teacher. Studied music at the University of Miami and dance at New World School of the Arts. He worked as dancer and choreographer for int. trendsetting choreographers: Trisha Brown, 5 years long for Meg Stuart to build up Damaged Goods and since 6 years for Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker/Rosas. Since1998 he showed his own multimedia-dance projects, a.o. presented by Jan Hoet in Belgium and Germany. Multidisciplinary projects „Performance Hotel“ were shown in Brussels, Antwerp and Amsterdam, his teaching program at the Klapstuk Festival. In Germany he worked with Labor Gras, being presented at the Tanzplattform Deutschland. He is professor at P.A.R.T.S. of Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker in Brussels.

Henar Fuentetaja

finished her degree in classical ballet and dance pedagogy at the Conservatorio de Danza Madrid. 1999 she received a grant to study with the Ballet Nacional de Cuba. She also came with a grant to the Centro Coreografico Valencia. She danced with the Teatro Real Madrid, Compania Ananda Dansa, EgriBianco Danza Turin and further companies in Madrid and Valencia. For the Opera she choreographed “The 7 deathly Sins”, and founded 2010 her own project Compania Improvisada. She frequently takes workshops with innovative figures of contemporary dance, in Spain, Italy, Scotland, Holland and Canada, recently at PARTS.

Claire Lavernhe

danced in the Youth Company Pois Chiche in Poitiers and won the Bourse de Jeunes Talents Poitiers after winning the Silver Prize of the Federation Francaise de Danse. She graduated in contemporary dance in Bordeaux and graduated with first class Honors at the London School of Contemporary Dance in 2012. She danced for various choreographers like Rosemary Lee und Barak Marshal for the Festival Dance Umbrella and took workshops with leading figures like Hofech Schechter, Akram Khan, Sasha Waltz and at PARTS.

Colas Lucot

graduated in classical and modern dance at the National Conservatory of Lyon. He worked with various French choreographers like Claude Brumachon before joining the company of Angelin Preljocaj. For Akram Khan he performed the opening ceremonies of the Olympic Games in London 2012. While also working with Gaetano Battezzato in France Colas is member of David Hernandez Company DH+ in Brussels and his assistant teacher worldwide.

Photini Meletiadis

finished in Greece the ballet program of the Royal Academy with Honors. She was exchange student at the Hoogeschool de Kunsten (dance) in Amsterdam and finished contemporary dance with a bachelor at the ZZT of the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln 2009, where she is finishing the programm „Master of Arts and Mediation of Dance“ currently. With a grant of the Kunststiftung NRW she studied indian dance in Chennai, India. In NRW she worked for various contemporary choreographers, permanently as dancer and choreographer for theatre director Rolf Dennemann, Artscenico in Dortmund. With her solo „name“ she won the 2nd prize at the SzoloDuo Festival in Budapest 2012. „SubContinenScious” her duo with pianist Laurenz Gemmer was presented 2012 at the Theater im Depot, Dortmund.

Miguel Tornero Campos

finished his contemporary dance degree at the Estudio de Danza Maria Carbonell and danced in the Compania Maria Carbonell. After being engaged for several years by Mou Dansa, he dances since 6 years with Compania Ananda Dansa in Valencia and with the Compania Improvisada in choreographies of Henar Fuentetaja. A.o. at the Centro Choreografico Valencia he studied contemporary repertory of many innovative choreographers and visited regularily the summer intensive workshops at PARTS since their establishment 2009.

I-Fen Lin

enrolled in classial ballet at the Chinese Culture University (Taiwan ) and her modern dance education at the Folkwang Hochschule Essen (Germany ). She was companymember of the Capitol Dance Company Taipei and the Harry Yu Dance Company of the Nationaltheater Taipei. In Europe she danced for choreographers like Rainer Behr, Uwe Marszan, Alberto Huertes, David Brandstätter/ Malgven Gerves, Mateja Bucar Association DUM Ljubljana, Chun-Hsien Wu and is member of Rodolpho Leoni Dance since 2000, who will create a soloevening for her in the fall 2008. She was also choreografic assistant for Leoni's production with the Folkwang Tanzstudio „if and only if“.

Olaf Reinecke

enrolled in „ Science of Sports and Movement“ focusing dance at the Universitiy of Hamburg and reached as juvenile ballroom dancer the semi final of the european championship. Additionally he studied contemporary dance on a free base and danced with choreographers like Jan Pusch, Victoria Hauke, Juliane Rössler, Tony Vezich, Pierre Wyss, Rafaele Giovanola, Ilona Paszthy, Alberto Huetes, Chris Haring and in several productions of Antje Pfundtner, whose artistic assitant he became. In this function he also worked for the „Chinaprojekt Outlanders“ of Wen Hui/ Antje Pfundtner and for productions of Victoria Hauke, Anja Kolacek, Cocoon Dance and labor G.RAS.

Nina Patricia Hänel

wurde an der Received her classical and contemporary dance education at the Ballettschule Leipzig and the Palucca School- Academy of Dance Dresden. She received the Palucca Grant and was selected as the first dancer to dance the reconstruction of Gret Palucca's “Serenata”.

2004 she was elected for the”best artist in dance at the Citytheater of Osnabrück”
Further engagements at Citytheaters at the Landesbühne Sachsen- Radebeuel and at the Citytheater Hildesheim.
Freelance dancer since 2004 working with choreographers Anouk van Dijk, Marco Santi, In-Jung Jun, Morgan Nardi, Carlos Matos, Carlos Cortizo, Heike Henning, Guy Weizmann and Roni Haver a.m.o.

Barbara Fuchs

was trained a.o. at the Folkwang Universität der Künste in Essen and at James Saunders in Cologne and danced in Paulo Ribeiro‘s Ensemble in Portugal. The choreographer and performer founded the label „tanzfuchs PRODUKTION“ 2003 in Cologne. Collaborating closely with composer Jörg Ritzenhoff she creates installative works and stage performances, focusing on the interaction of movement, electroacoustic composition and concepts for spaces. Until 2018 tanzfuchs PRODUKTION created 19 solo and ensemble productions and 9 pieces for young audiences. She won various awards: Kölner Tanztheater Preis, invitation to the tanzstrasse, Bienaletanz nrw 2009 and 2011, and the first prize and audience prize of the Szolo Duo Festival in Budapest. 2006 she was co-founder of the choreographers network BARNES CROSSING.
Since 2009 she produces also pieces for very young children.
To create pieces for those together with Jörg Ritzenhoff she was invited by the Comedia Köln, Staatstheater Karlsruhe and the tjg Dresden.
International touring, a.o. in Great Britain, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Litauen, Poland, Russia and Japan.
